ABOUT US
We are a team of coffee enthusiasts led by Owen Butler, an award-winning barista born and raised in the city centre of Dublin. With years of experience in the coffee industry, we are passionate about bringing you the best coffee experience possible.

Owen honed his skills at Gather & Gather, and has worked at other renowned coffee shops such as Fuel and Creed. He is also a trainer and instructor, sharing his expertise with aspiring baristas in Dublin.

We are not sheep. We don't want to follow what everyone else is doing. We do it our way. If it doesn't work, we try again. Isn't that what being brave is all about?

OUR JOURNEY
Taking over the premises in the summer of 2023 gave us a great insight into the Temple Bar area and all of the challenges we faced to operate a business in such tough economic conditions.

Since then we have made some changes to the premises and our brand, and changed things again. Refurbishments and renovations are tedious and boring. Rome wasn't built in a day.
​
We're not the finished article but we will get there, one cable, one tile, one light bulb at a time. What we can promise is quality coffee, tasty food and a warm atomospehere.
